New Zealand Skills Connect provides:

OSCE training programs
IQN theory preparation
Mock test sessions
Career guidance and recruitment support
Migration-related advisory assistance

NZSC does not guarantee exam success, job placement, or visa approval.

3. Eligibility

To enroll in our programs, you must:

Be an internationally qualified nurse or healthcare professional
Provide accurate and truthful information
Meet any academic or professional prerequisites

Providing false information may result in cancellation of enrollment.

4. Enrollment & Payments

Full or partial payment may be required before course commencement.
Fees must be paid through approved payment methods.
Course fees are subject to change without prior notice.
Enrollment is confirmed only after payment confirmation.

5. Refund & Cancellation Policy

a) Student Cancellation

Refund eligibility depends on the stage of cancellation.
Administrative fees may be deducted.
No refunds may be provided once training has commenced unless otherwise stated in writing.

b) NZSC Cancellation

If a course is cancelled by NZSC:

Students will be offered rescheduling options or
A refund of unused training fees.

6. Course Changes

NZSC reserves the right to:

Modify course schedules
Change trainers or training formats
Update course content

Such changes will not affect the overall training objective.

7. Intellectual Property

All training materials, mock exams, videos, and resources provided by NZSC are:

Reproduction, sharing, recording, or redistribution without written permission is strictly prohibited.

8. Code of Conduct

Students must:

Maintain professional behavior during training
Respect trainers and other participants
Follow institutional policies

Misconduct may result in suspension or termination without refund.

9. Limitation of Liability

NZSC is not responsible for:

Exam failure
Visa rejection
Employment outcomes
Loss of personal belongings
Technical interruptions beyond our control

Our liability is limited to the amount of course fees paid.

10. Website Use

Users agree not to:

Upload harmful or malicious content
